Looking for authenticity? Well, you’re in luck! Choga, in my opinion, is by far the best Korean Restaurant in the Kansas City area. The restaurant fills up quick and there is typically only one or two waitresses. I suggest arriving before they unlock their doors for lunch at 11:30am

Decor needs some updating, but the food, omg the food is delicious. Service was great, helpful on GF, and menu options. Had lunch specials, but they have an all you can eat options for dinner and the sides were super tasty. Love going where the locals go. Will be going back and not soon enough.

Mon-Fri, till 2pm, Lunch Special is a very great deal. Free hot tea is also a plus.

This is Korean BBQ all you can eat. My friends and I had a great time here. The food was fresh and tasty. The service was ok I think they need to hire more people to ensure quality service

I know people can't wear a mask and eat so sit people at least 6 ft apart!

The restaurant is great and broad, the meals was delicious and the rates were very reasonable. fast, productive service and very friendly staff. Will definitely recommend this restaurant.

Can't say enough good things about this place. You can't go wrong, regardless of whether or not you pick a traditional Korean meal or all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ. Food is fantastic, but if you're doing the all you can eat, make sure you order more as soon as the meat comes out! Everyone wants more, so you'll be waiting, if you're not ready!!

not only did we wait an hour just to get a table after being completely ignored, but when we were seated it was filthy. it took a long time to get asked about a drink order and then I was given a menu that had food on it..in a middle of a pandemic...the waitress came back to take our orders and spilled sauce all over my pants and then just stared at me with no apology. We were given dirty tongs for our food and when we asked to have a minute by ourselves to decide if we still wanted to eat there at all the waitress continued to explain how things worked and wouldn’t leave us to speak to eachother and became annoyed at us for not immediately ordering. We ended up leaving instead of ordering. extremely disappointing.

Our family been there and love this restaurant for over 11 years. Recently I think they changed the ownership and the experience just went downhill. Food not fully cooked and service just not there, I do not want to leave lower stars on review to hurt the restaurant so I gave it a 5 stars for previous experiences. We tried several times after changed of owner but every time just ended with disappointment, at this time we have decided stop going there.

I've been eating here for years and it never disappoints! So good! Newly remodeled too! Would give more stars if I could!!!!!

We had an excellent experience at this spot. We loved the great ambience and the food. The staff members were very amiable. I am content we eventually managed to visit here.

Service is okay. We had a large party. They failed to provide everyone with drinks. Portions are small. Meat was good. They charge extra for additional rice, which they failed to provide us that information.

My wife and I have been here several times. We both love Korean food and the food here is good. Buttttttt. The service is so bad I don’t think I’ll be back unless my wife really wants to go here. I had to ask two different servers for some water. Finally out of desperation I went and got water myself. The table next to us did too. On top of that they automatically add in an 18% tip. I was upset by the time we were finished. There are other places to enjoy Korean food in KC try one of those instead.

Outstanding!!! All you can eat Korean BBQ for either $27 or $35, are you kidding??? This place is amazing. We had a fantastic time, and I am stuffed.

All you can eat korean bbq for a surprisingly decently priced fare!! These aren’t cheap quality meats either. The sides that come with it are always fantastic and the korean soup always hits the spot. Best place in Kansas for korean food. Has a traditional menu as well

Service was god awful! Food was great for all you can eat.You consistently have to remind the server to bring out your food you ordered 20 minutes ago.

We love to go out. Last night we found this delicious place which we didn’t know before. We passed a delightful evening there with exceptional food and an experienced crew and a great chef. We added this place in our phone list and we will certainly come back soon. We warmly recommend.

The food was on point and delicious as usual. However the service lacked tremendously. Our server sat on the phone the whole time and never checked on us once. We had to ask the server helping another table to get our check, and go to the back to get it taken care of. I usually tell everyone about how great this place is, but will hold off until they improve on their service.

Wow, the food was fantastic... I went out to lunch today with a friend. The flavors were delicious and cannot wait to come back with my family for dinner.

Staff was helpful and informative the quality of the meat was 5 star and the food was just all around delicious.

I have only been here once. We did the all you can eat option where you cook your own meat right at your table. It tasted great, but someone I was with liked cooking the meat. I prefer someone else to cook (hence why I would go out) but in this case I didn't need to worry about that. The waitresses could have come by a bit more frequently. All that said, the meat tasted amazing. I'm not much into squid (which I still tasted) but the beef and pork of different varieties was excellent. It was definitely a delicious meal. I liked the cheesy corn also. There were plenty of condiments such as soy sauce and pickled onions and several other things. I don't need much to be satisfied so the meat alone was great and I didn't really bother with the condiments. It was an experience.

This place is so good! Make sure you send in a reservation due to COVID-19. They have everything staple to KBBQ from the pork belly, to the bulgolgi, and the small strip brisket. We tried the regular all you can eat and we got full off of 6 meat plates (3 people). If you are looking for a great, not too expensive, and very open atmosphere, go here!

Vibrant atmosphere, delicious, and great Korean & Asian fusion dishes. Been here several times and never been disappointed. Great times, and friendliest staff I've ever seen in NYC. highly recommend
